- Supply & Erection of 2465 sq/m Formsteel Technologies Building.
- Kingposts down centre of building.
- Six roller doors, PA doors and Tilt panels along the length (44m) of the South side of building Including earthworks, foundations and pad.
- Foundations and pad included 497 x 5.4m piles driven to the Hiley formula.
- Reid bars inserted into piles connecting to HD16 steel to form reinforcing for pad.
- Included Gas sealed methane barrier. Novaflow methane vents under pad connecting to rato vents either side of building.
- Included 50sq/m of office space.
- Alucobond and Aluclad feature cladding to offices and North Face of building
- The three projects included driveways and space for 113 car park requirements.
